Breaths Withheld was one of a few airbrush tests I did in 2022. The titles of the series refer to learnings from the process; part of spraying in an underventilated dorm was ceasing any unthinking inhales. The title seemed fitting for jets carefully tracing the edge of a thunderstorm’s glowing cloud bellows.
